Located in Imittos, Athens, this residential renovation explores how contemporary architecture can transform an existing urban apartment into a calm, functional, and light-filled home. The project redefines everyday living through a careful balance of minimal design, warm materials, and spatial clarity, responding to the needs of modern city life.

The living and dining area is conceived as a single open space, allowing light to flow freely across the apartment and enhancing the sense of openness. Custom lighting details, integrated ceiling coves, and linear luminaires define the atmosphere, creating a soft and welcoming environment both day and night. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space, reinforcing a fluid and social layout typical of modern apartment living in Athens.

In the private areas, the bedrooms were designed as quiet retreats. Soft textures, neutral tones, and indirect lighting create a serene environment that supports rest and comfort, while built-in storage solutions ensure visual clarity and functional efficiency.

The bathrooms combine contemporary detailing with tactile materials, featuring sculptural washbasins, textured wall tiles, and carefully selected fittings that elevate everyday rituals into a refined spatial experience.
